Alors que certains v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<\/strong> ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 perdre leurs feuilles et se pr\u00e9parent pour l’hiver, d’autres sont encore productifs et g\u00e9n\u00e9reux<\/strong>. A chaque saison ses merveilles ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’automne , o\u00f9 les couleurs changent, les temp\u00e9ratures baissent malgr\u00e9 un soleil encore pr\u00e9sent, o\u00f9 l’activit\u00e9 des arbres semble au ralenti, est pourtant la saison de bons produits<\/strong> hauts en couleurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On peut en citer plusieurs mais j’ai surtout envie de vous parler de l’arbousier<\/strong> et du grenadier,<\/strong> peu connus et pourtant encore prosp\u00e8res en cette fin octobre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, les grenades poussent tr\u00e8s bien chez nous<\/strong>, j’ai d’ailleurs pu constater cette semaine la beaut\u00e9 de ces fruits. J’ai plant\u00e9 l’arbre il y a 3 ans dans un jardin \u00e0 la Roche sur Yon et l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re les clients avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu faire leur petite r\u00e9colte. Ce fruit est riche en bienfaits<\/strong>, il a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes, permet de baisser la tension art\u00e9rielle ou le cholest\u00e9rol, il est aussi g\u00e9n\u00e9reux en potassium et vitamine C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’arbousier<\/strong> aussi est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, certains les plantent en haies ou en isol\u00e9. Ces petits fruits orange\/rouge, plut\u00f4t granuleux au gout assez doux<\/strong> et agr\u00e9able peuvent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9s de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons, mais ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e reste la confiture. Puissants diur\u00e9tiques, antiseptiques, anti-inflammatoires et riches en vitamines C et vitamines E, ils sont, eux aussi, des petites merveilles<\/strong> insoup\u00e7onn\u00e9es de la nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
